3.1 Booking Requirements
- All appointments must be booked in advance
- Customers must provide accurate information about their pet's health, temperament, and grooming history
- Proof of current vaccinations may be required
- First-time customers must complete an intake form
3.2 Cancellation Policy
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee
- No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service fee
- Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
4. Pet Health and Safety Requirements
4.1 Health Requirements
- Pets must be current on all required vaccinations
- Pets showing signs of illness, parasites, or contagious conditions will not be serviced
- Customers must disclose any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or special needs

- We are not responsible for pre-existing skin conditions, cuts, or injuries
- Matted fur may require shaving, which can reveal skin conditions

- We will inform customers of any discovered issues during grooming
5.2 Grooming Outcomes
- Grooming results may vary based on pet's coat condition and cooperation
- We strive for customer satisfaction but cannot guarantee specific outcomes
- Hair grows at different rates and may appear uneven initially
- Color variations may become apparent after bathing
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
- Payment is due at the time of service completion
- We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
- Additional services discovered during grooming will be quoted before proceeding
6.2 Additional Charges
- Severely matted coats may incur additional de-matting fees
- Aggressive pet handling may result in additional charges
- Emergency or after-hours services are subject to premium pricing
- Flea treatments and special shampoos incur additional costs
7. Liability and Insurance

- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided

- Customers must disclose any medications their pet is taking
- Customers assume responsibility for their pet's behavior and any resulting damages
- Customers must pick up their pets within agreed timeframes
